- RELOCATION INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE - Professionally certified and trained in relocation our utmost goal is taking the time to help you know the area and empowering you with the information necessary enabling you to make the most informed decisions possible when purchasing. Initially we will spend as much time necessary on telephone consultations to help you get to know the area. This time also allows us to better understand your goals assuring we’re on the same line.
- CUSTOMIZED RELOCATION PACKAGE – Before you move you’ll need area information. Whatever information you could best use, we will customize a relocation package to come to you. It will include maps, area and school information, regional demographic comparisons and more.
- INITIAL CONSULTATION – This first face to face consultation will round out your total education on the area. In front of maps we will discuss commute times, schools, subdivisions, transitioning growth areas, appreciation ratios, insurance, taxes and whatever else you might need to know.
- CUSTOMIZED RELOCATION PACKAGE – Before you move you’ll need area information. Whatever information you could best use, we will customize a relocation package to come to you. It will include maps, area and school information, regional demographic comparisons and more.
- RENTAL ASSISTANCE – If you need assistance in renting a property, we are prepared to get you started immediately in finding a suitable place.
- MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE – We know several of the areas professional firms and are prepared to offer counseling on how to obtain the lowest cost and best terms mortgage.
- HOME SELECTION – Count on private showings created specifically for your schedule. We will aid you in understanding all the known facts we see that materially affect the prospective properties you are considering. To name a few, this will include location, age of roofs, wood rot, appliances condition, a/c, pool and landscape.
- CONTRACT PREPARATION & NEGOTIATION - Once you zero in on a property we will help you prepare a contract for purchase. We will counsel you on the many ways to strengthen the offer. We will negotiate on your best behalf striving to win you the lowest price and best terms possible. Once we’ve won the negotiation for you we will continue to overview the transaction as it progresses including financing, title work, survey representing your best interests always.
- INSPECTIONS – We can refer you to some of the areas most professional home inspection and termite inspection companies.
- REPAIR AGREEMENT NEGOTIATION - We will aid you in helping you understand what repairs are required by the contract agreement to be completed. We will always negotiate repairs to be paid for and completed by the seller.
- SETTLEMENT – CLOSING STATEMENT REVIEW - Near the end of the transaction you will receive the settlement statement. We will review this statement for mathematical and pro-rational errors as well as incorrect charges.
- WALK THROUGH AND CLOSING REPRESENTATION - Count on us to be there during the final walk through of the property insuring all repairs have been completed. We will always attend your closing to be there for support and with any questions you might have.
- OUR GUARANTEE - If you are not totally satisified with our services in any way upon closing we will pay you $500 upon the closing or after the closing of your property.

- Determine a comfortable monthly budget for your new purchase, including down payment and monthly payment.
- Find a loan program that meets your needs and get pre-qualified (preferably pre-approved).
- Choose a REALTOR® that you trust and who understands your needs.
- Determine what neighborhood best matches your needs.
- Identify important features you need your new home to have.
- Lender fees include charges for loan processing, underwriting, preparation and establishing an escrow account.
- Third-party fees include charges for insurance, title search, and other inspections such as termites.
- Government fees include deed recording and state & local mortgage taxes.
- Escrow and interest fees include homeowner's insurance, loan interest, real estate taxes, and occasionally private mortgage insurance.
