Dave, we ALL would like to thank you for all of your help and caring you gave us this week. It was a little un-nerving for us coming down from New York to look at what will eventually become our new home and a new way of life. You made that very easy for us. When Margaret and I got married 16 years ago we were introduced to an agent, that we became friends with. She is the most professional, thoughtful, respectful, caring person we met, until YOU. I called her to tell her what we did and that we met a male version of her. There are real estate agents out there that will do anything for a buck, without any regards for the family there working with. You were the total opposite and for that we are very grateful for that. You have a saying on your letter head, I think it goes " always working to be your family's realtor for life". Well for the Both of our family's you have.  Again we thank you!. <br><br>

I can't thank you enough with how you helped my family with the purchase and now sale of my Tampa home.  The home in Cheval has been a great one and when I had to relocate I surely didn't want to sell it but I'm glad I did in the long run.  I also really appreciate the fact that your honesty and professionalism convinced me that my home was actually worth more than I thought it was.  You could have listed and easily sold it quicker but in fact your counsel helped me to pocket $22,000 more on the bottom line.  That was amazing.  I also appreciated your follow through and communication since not being in Tampa while you where trying to sell our home was stressing us out.  However you made it a much more comfortable experience. 

Please know that even though we live away from Tampa, that we will continue to refer you to family and friends who still live there as you really do know the real estate business.

I know that etiquette would call for a nice looking Thank You card, but in the midst of being back in the office after being out for two days last week, and having a house pretty full of unopened boxes, I thought you wouldn't mind receiving this note via email.

I didn't want to delay the opportunity to thank you for the awesome job you did in helping us find and buy our new house. I know you just 'did your job,' but you did it in a way that it made us feel like we were your only clients and that nobody else mattered (well, other than you wife of course)!! I am absolutely in love with the house and extremely happy!!! Letter to Broker/Owner Mr. Doug Loyd

Mr. Maks initially proved himself by selling our home in Tampa Bay which because of some power lines over our back yard turned out to be very difficult. From the beginning he told us it would be difficult however he worked hard to overcome the issues and we successfully closed that home. A little over a year later my husband and I got transferred back to Tampa Bay again and we contacted Mr. Maks again.

Mr. Maks has been wonderful throughout our entire home purchase here again. He has gone over and above what anyone would expect when they hire a real estate agent.
