DAVE MAKS CRS. GRI.
APARTMENT & RENTAL MARKETCurrent Rental Market ConditionsWith expected population increases, apartment developers have moved in and there are many newer apartment buildings which have recently been constructed. Finding vacancy should be no problem. Feel free to utilize my ApartmentFinder system to help you pin point the perfect apartment for you. ApartmentFinder
Email me what you might be looking for through the email link at top on the left. Be sure you tell me maximum amount of rent you would like to pay. Also tell me what amenities you need i.e.; garage, pool, close to somewhere etc. I'll then engage my systems to find you exactly what you are looking for or at least several that meet your needs. If you need a house to rent, I can also help.
AREA APARTMENT PRICESWith the overabundance of newer apartments, older apartments are hustling to capture tenants. If you are budget conscious, you should be able to rent very cost effectively, if you stay in the older categories Expect on average for 2 bedrooms in the older class to start around $500 per month . Newer apartments expect around $700 per month with an additional $80 to $110 per month for a garage. Remember, larger square footage's will cost you more in both categories. In newer expect an average 2 bed 2 bath 1150 SF to begin around $800 per month. 3 bed 2 bath 1250 SF start around $1100 per month. Most all communities offer buyer incentives. Read on below to see what to expect. APARTMENT POLICIES
Because of the fierce competition in town you will find that most communities will offer you incentives for moving in. Not many will rent on a short term month to month. Let me know if you need a short term rental or see below under Corporate rentals.
The shortest term most communities offer is 7 month. They prefer you sign a year lease and if you do they many times offer you a better incentive for doing so. I know of several communities which will give you 1/2 month free for signing a 7 month lease and 1 full month free for a year lease. Each community carries different deposit requirements or some even wrap them into an incentive ie: no deposit. Pets make your life a little harder in finding a community. Most have weight, bread and quantity restrictions. I'm quite aware of the communities who allow pets and I can guide you in this realm. Do plan on paying additional deposits for this amenity and many of them are partially or totally nonrefundable. Whatever your situation, let me know and I will make every effort to assist you in your initial introduction as a resident in the beautiful Tampa Bay area. CORPORATE RENTALS OR SHORT TERM HOUSING
It would be my pleasure to provide you with full detail of Corporate all inclusive housing or short term rentals. Please contact me at the email or numbers at top left to let me know exactly what your requirements might be.
To Your Future! Dave Maks
